Domaine Dublere, Savigny-lès-Beaune Planchots du Nord 2009

The Savigny-lès-Beaune Planchots du Nord 09 from Dublere is slightly closed. The bouquet is showing a light reduction, but also cherries and cherry stones. On the palate good energy and concentration. Lovely silky fruit with good length and balance. A good wine – quite elegant and charming … but need a few years to show the full finesse.
