Domaine Dujac, Morey-Saint-Denis 2009

by Steen Öhman on December. 21. 2012

in Bottle, Domaine Dujac, Morey-Saint-Denis, Very Good (88 - 90)

The 2009 Domaine Dujac wines are starting to shape up – and the Morey-Saint-Denis village is showing beautifully. In the bouquet red berry fruit – much more focused than a year ago – with quite delicate notes of strawberries and raspberries. On the palate well balanced with lovely midpalate fruit – good focus and length. Still some slightly stewed notes … need time to integrate fully. A very good village wine in the making – charming!
