Domaine Dupont-Tisserandot, Gevrey Les Cazetiers 2011

by Steen Öhman on November. 28. 2012

in Cask, Domaine Dupont-Tisserandot, Les Cazetiers, Very Good+ (89 - 91p)

The Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers is a step up in concentration but also a slightly more backward wine than the Petit Chapelle. In the bouquet fine fruit notes with raspberries, cherries and black cherries. On the palate a lovely minerality, very focused with a good fruit concentration on the mid-palate.The finish is quite long and offer a quite powerful minerality.
