Winehog is like other organisations now working under the General Data Protection Regulations – set by the EU.

As the product and services are build around a signup to the Winehog subscription, you consent to the collection of data subscribing to using these product and services.

The data we need

We collect the following data when you sign up to Winehog – even for our free subscriptions:

First Name
Last Name
Email Adress
Password

When you acquire a paid membership you furthermore need to fill in more detailed informations to complete the invoicing and the payment transaction – these include your precise address,  as this is necessary to complete the VAT calculation.

These data are mandatory and needed to follow and use Winehog and to receive the emails we send.

We collect data when you use Winehog – the website and the email. These data are informations about your use of the Winehog, and are used to improve the services and the content. Furthermore informations about your device, screen size, location and other standard data are collected – also to ensure we can develop the content and design to your benefit.

We are able to see if you use your login, and able to see what you click on in the emails – and if you open the email or if it bounces.

These data are collected for all users that have a login and hence are receiving the Winehog mails.

Our product is based on the subscription to the emails, and the login to the website, hence this is a integrated part of our products – and using the product without these data and the data collection is not possible.

You can always unsubscribe the newsletter, the Winehog subscription and services by contacting Winehog. We will then delete your subscription, and delete the data related to the membership – if you choose may so.
