A little closed in the bouquet, needs time in the glas – hint of framboise in the nose after some time. Quite dark fruit on the palate, but also a good concentration and length. Not a very “hot” 2009, but it’s still on the heavy side fruit wise. Good structure from the Vaucrains terroir, think it will be very good.
