It is increasingly difficult to find and buy well-made, reasonably priced Burgundy wines. There is therefore a strong focus on finding new names and producers.
Given this fact, I’ve decided to promote on these pages the potentially exciting new names I encounter. This will be a quick, casual selection, to be followed by a more thorough examination of the most promising candidates.
Some may be mentioned only in this format. Others may prove to be a star of tomorrow, and be mentioned again and again.

The official Burgundian tourist cellar guide “Vignobles & Découvertes” will provide all you need to discover Burgundy’s estates, producers, cooperatives, and taste their wines.
It lists more than 200 cellars in Burgundy. “Vignobles & Découvertes” is the French certification dedicated to wine tourism. It is a qualitative benchmark, and you can use it with complete confidence to plan your visit.
