The N&G Fevre Chablis 2022 is rather charming, with youthful fruit and sulphur feeling like it’s on the lower side. The concentration is OK, but this is somewhat weak-chinned on the mid-palate, and the acidity is on the lower side. A cheerful wine, but it will not make you scream with emotion. It should be served cold to compensate for the lack of liveliness.
