The Domaine Jean Fournier Marsannay Les Longeroies 2015 Version Originale is a low-sulphur cuvee, and this – together with 60% whole-cluster inclusion – creates a vivid and expressive 2015. With a lovely lamb tournedo, this was a match made in heaven. What a treat; organic, almost Roch-like with its whole-cluster fruit. ❤️
