Domaine Valette, Pouilly-Fuisse Tradition 2006

I don’t have much experience with the wines from Domaine Valette, but I must say the Pouilly-Fuisse Tradition 2006 was a great pleasure. This is the most impressive Macon wine I have tasted. Typical organic style, very focused and intense, as a minimum of SO2 have been used. Good length and medium body. This is a unique wine. Very good.
