The 1993 Auslese GK #11 from Fritz Haag is a very fine wine. In the bouquet quite developed with a slight petrolium and a fine freshness – a trademark of the Haag wines. On the palate very delicate balance between sweetness and the fine quite soft acidity of the 1993 vintage. Good length and finesse – a typical Haag GK – not too sweet and with a wonderful drinkability. The 1993 wines are all one could hope for, and for drinking while the 1994 vintage matures. Cheers!
(Drink from 2012) Very Fine – 93p
