Comte Louis-Michel Liger-Belair and his wife Constance have opened a guesthouse connected with their wine bar La Cuverie de Vosne.
Constance Liger-Belair has done a fabulous job with the design of both the wine bar and the guesthouse. Each is elegant and refined, with a relaxed atmosphere – lovely places.
This is a location to consider if you are looking to spend a day or three in Vosne-Romanée, one of the world’s most famous wine villages.
The guesthouse offers four junior suites with lovely views over the vineyards below the estate and wine bar. They look out upon some of the best village vines in Burgundy, hence also the world.
The suites are exclusive, with a modern design in keeping with the wine bar. Relaxed, yet refined and elegant, they have all the facilities you need.
What more can one ask for?
The wine bar
Oh yes: a glass of wine. This can be found in abundance in the wine bar below the guesthouse that offers more than 1,000 different bottles; extravagant, I would say. The list is still expanding, with more organic wines from Burgundy and other places around the globe.
Cheese, sausages, pate, rillettes, and other lighter bar foods are available. There is also an organic shop that offers high-quality products.
