The harvest 2024 will start during the first or the second week of September. In Nuits-Saint-Georges, it will be around September 10 – same says Olivier Lamy down south in Saint-Aubin – all depends on the big rain-man above.
The whites seem to have coped better with the mildew and the generally poor and rainy conditions. So, the whites could potentially be in for a reasonable and even good vintage if the weather performs!! But we need ripeness and some warm weather.
