Another exciting vineyard of Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet is the Fixin Les Crais a vineyard that produce one of the most delightful village wines of Fixin.
As with the other Berthaut-Gerbet wines the Fixin Les Crais have improved a lot within the last few years as Amélie Berthaut has taken over the vinification since 2013.

Amélie Berthaut began with the 2013 vintage when she took over the Berthaut vineyards, and she is now firmly in control and they have started to optimise the viticulture and the vinification.
As mentioned in previous articles Nicolas Faure, the very competent fiancé of Amélie, has taken over as vineyard manager at Domaine Berthaut-Gerbet from the fall of 2017.
