Restaurateurs: Want a Review?

Here on Winehog we try to give wine geeks an overview of restaurants that combine a good wine list, good food, and nice ambiance.

We have limited financial resources, and the list reflects the restaurants we visit along the way and during the year.

Feel free to suggest other restaurants, and even your own bistro or fine dining restaurant. I will then see if the wine list is interesting enough for Burgundy geeks. If so, I will add your place to the list.

Please note we don’t do formal ratings of the food. We try to establish a level based on what we like as gourmet diners.
