Taste and preferences are individual, and discussing wine is consequently a personal matter, and not necessarily a theme for large groups and big conferences.
You now have the opportunity to meet me – Steen Öhman, the Winehog – face to face and talk about Burgundy in a relaxed, personal encounter.
I live full-time in Burgundy (in Nuits-Saint-Georges), and this gives you the opportunity to meet me one (or more) on one, get to know me a bit, ask questions, and discuss different topics related to Burgundy.
Book me!
You simply book me for two to three hours, during which we will exchange ideas and discuss the topics which interest you.
These meet-and-greets are usually held in a private room at La Cuverie in Vosne-Romanèe, overlooking the new part of the Clos du Chateau vineyard: the very core of Burgundy.
We generally start out with two wines, but as the meeting progresses you can buy additional wines from La Cuverie’s vast wine list.
How it works
We arrange the meeting between 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm. The price will depend on the number of participants as well as the topics. One to four people is ideal, but up to six or even eight is possible.
I generally suggest that you send me some questions in advance, to target the conversation in line with your needs and interests.
The meeting is private and the group is kept to a size which permits a lively, personal exchange and discussion. Wine and taste are, after all, personal.
