The Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas-François 1998 is a really beautiful and refined champagne. In the bouquet refined aromas of white flowers, oysters, pear with notes of brioche and yeast. The palate is offering lovely freshness with rich and delicate fruit. Very juicy and forward. The finish is crisp, refined and long with a good acidity. Really great stuff – what a beauty!
