The Auxey-Duresses Clos du Moulin aux Moines from Clos du Moulin Aux Moines is just starting to unfold. The bouquet give hints of hazelnuts and while the minerality is staying playfully in the background. Nose offering energetic but tight fruit with notes of white and yellow orchard fruits. On the palate starting to open, attractive and quite expressive the 2014s do need some time to unfold fully.
