Domaine Dujac, Chambolle Musigny 2002

The 02 Chambolle village from Dujac is a beatiful wine. Still quite young, and need some time before th full potential is released. The bouquet offers red coulis fruit – typical 2002 – raspberries with a hint of strawberry sweetness. Fine minerality in the nose, focused and inviting. On the palate very focused, with good acidity, and a very fresh and vibrant fruit. Very elegant with red coulis aromas. Still some tannins – think this will be a really wonderfull wine in 5 years … but is drinking well now. This is how I like my pinot!
