The Gevrey-Chambertin Les Cazetiers is a step up in concentration but also a slightly more backward wine than the Petit Chapelle. In the bouquet fine fruit notes with raspberries, cherries and black cherries. On the palate a lovely minerality, very focused with a good fruit concentration on the mid-palate.The finish is quite long and offer a quite powerful minerality.
