The Gevrey Champeaux 2013 is a beautiful and generous wine. The nose is offering charming red and dark berry fruit – brought forward by a good mineral note. On the palate quite rich and elegant – with a lovely mid-palate fruit. It’s showing beautifully and is both generous and refined for the vintage. This is a delightful Gevrey 1er cru – quite a bargain. Really enjoyed this wine.
