The Winehog has a diverse taste … there are, however, regardless of style, things I do not like. Annoying and flawed wines is self-explantory … Tedious wines … boring or lack the energy and the transparency are other dislikes.
I have pretty clear views … regarding wine … I will taste all wines … some only once (first and last time) as I don’t want to spend my time tasting a wine that I think is tedious or truly boring.
