The Boudots from Chezeaux is not a typical and classic 2004. The bouquet is showing fine sweet mature pinot aromas, quite developed for a 04 . On the palate rich and rather soft, witout the backbone one would expect from a 2004. Fine ripe fruit but also some rather strange reductive notes. Not very focused and the reductive flawors are masking the minerality. Only above average.
