The NSG village from Marchand-Tawse is a pleasent surprise i many ways. It’s a blend of three plots : Les Allots and Les Lavie?res north of Nuits-St-Georges towards Vosne-Romane?e, and Les Maladie?res to the south of Nuits-St-Georges. First wine from this estate for me .. embarrassing actually. The nose offer lovely red and dark fruits, refined and quite floral. On the palate pure, juicy and transparent redberry fruit … surprisingly refined and delicate for the vintage and appellation. Really enjoyed this wine with it’s beautiful airy midpalate fruit – must taste more from this estate.
