Arrival in Vosne, with a busy week ahead. Sadly I will not have time to visit “all” producers in one week – yet I have done my best given the circumstances and recent lockdown.
And starting out with the principles: Bourgogne or Burgundy? Bourgogne does sound much more emotional, while Burgundy tends to sound more like 88 points, lacking a bit of oomph, with its 14.5% alcohol.
So Bourgogne it is!
