The Perrier-Jouët Belle Epoque 2004 is a delightful and refined champagne. In the bouquet white fruits, hint of almonds, some floral notes and a nice stony mineralty. On the plete very nice fruit, quite vibrant, very harmonious, creamy and elegant. medium bodied – still very young with a quite fresh and almost crisp aciity. A lovely and elegant Champagne … delicate but almost too polished.
