La Ruchotte, 21360 Bligny-sur-Ouche
A farm-to-table restaurant with an attitude and tremendous quality. The food is largely made from the animals on the farm in traditional French country-cuisine style.
This restaurant has an attitude, and I love that – but be warned – either you love it or … not. Be on time, meaning plan the trip and route (Google Maps will find it for you), and then enjoy!
The wines are in the more funky, natural, low-sulphur style, with some great ones on the list: Prieure-Roch, Domaine Rougeot, and other exciting offerings. It’s a list to explore and, if you dare, try something new and advanced.
This is a great and relaxed lunch … like it should be – no stress and a beautiful atmosphere … embrace it … enjoy it.
