The best restaurant in Chambolle-Musigny these days, this has become a truly fine place. The food is sharper now (January 2024).
It is classical French with an international hint, elegant, and the style now is less pretentious. There is a lovely focus on taste, with the dishes sometimes touching a one-star level.
Highly recommended
The wine list is extensive and great, with some wines very well priced.

I read your comments on recent wine pricing in restaurants and couldn’t agree with you more. Certain restaurants are really overdoing it by asking crazy prices. I usually visit LE CHAMBOLLE in the well known village bearing that name and even there prices asked have become too high. They think that 200 Euros for a village Chambolle is a normal price. Not in my book. It is true that it has become very difficult to find places where the wine lists are still reasonably priced. In some places (e.g. Gentilhommière) it is really horrendous. D Bocquenet sold them his Nuits-St-Georges aux Saint Julien only to find out that 2 days later the wine was already on the list but at four times the original price?????
