Domaine Antoine Jobard, Bourgogne Blanc 2010

The Bourgogne Blanc 2010 from Antoine Jobard is a great effort for a wine of this level. The bouquet is showing good complexity with aromas of pear, straw and citrus. On the palate it’s rich and focused with a very full body for a Borugogne Blanc. It has a good minerality, lovely acidity and a nice expression of Meursault terroir. A fantastic Bourgogne Blanc … and a really good Meursault. I’m impressed – highly recommended.

Note: From the vineyards La Monatine, Sous la Velle and En l’Ormeau.
