Chateau Leoville Poyferre 2000

By Steen Öhman September 11, 2012 -

The Leoville Poyferre 2000 is a lovely and very accessible Bordeaux. In the bouquet fine ripe fruit with notes of black cherries, cassis and hints of cedar and pencil lead. Chateau Lynch Bages, 1996

By Steen Öhman May 29, 2012 - Leave a Comment

The Lynch Bages 1996 is a classic claret. In the bouquet cassis, tobacco, cedar, pencil lead and hints of coffee. On he palate very good balance and concentration, with layers of lush fruit on the midpalate, and a long quite powerfull finish. The fruit is juicy, the tannins are ripe, but still firm. …
