The Chanson 1957 Chambertin Clos de Beze is fully mature, and has been so for some time. The nose is still fresh with quite some fruit, sous-bois and roasted coffee. On the palate lovely balance and still with a rather lovely mature fruit – doing very well for the vintage indeed – rather impressive to be honest.
