Le Soufflot has raised the culinary bar, and is producing elegant, refined, modern dishes with portions adapted to a normal appetite (I don’t eat a lot). It is truly delightful, with relaxed but competent service
The wine list is interesting and quite reasonably priced for Burgundy these days – bravo. It can be done!
