The Dom Perignon 1990 – very nice and ready to drink. I have seen big bottle variation, and I somehow feel the DP 1990 never has fulfilled the promises it made when it just came on the market. This example showed good length and good complexity, but like several other bottles of this wine missing the ultimate precision, purity and freshness. Still a lovely and fine Champagne.
