Maison Romane – Tripote et Mascagne – is a new summer restaurant in Nuits-Saint-Georges … open from May 19th to ultimo July 2025.
The food is summer like and quite classical yet with a very charming twist .., fresh products from the market and the countryside around Nuits-Saint-Georges.
Very aromatic and tasteful dishes that just make you come back for more … I am very impressed.
In May the restaurant is mainly open for lunch, but in June and July also on some evenings. The Restaurant is mainly open weekdays – evenings Thursday and Friday.
The winelist is good and very interresting with many wines from Maison Romane … but also other exciting wines … jump in!.
