Lola and her spirited team at the restaurant Le Soleil in Savigny-les-Beaune hosted a tremendous gathering on March 31 – Tacos le Soleil.
The event was organized with Mateo Breña, a Mexican now residing in France, but who arrived here via my native Copenhagen.
He brought his Mexican spices (thank God!). I love spices, as do apparently many vignerons of the younger generation. Many of the vanguard of new-style Burgundy wines were present, enjoying wine, spices, and tacos. It was great to see many friends there supporting the event. Encore, Lola!
