J.-F. Mugnier, Nuits-Saint-Georges Clos de la Marechale 2007

The Clos de la Marechale Blanc 2007 is a lovely crisp wine. In the nose pure and crisp fruit with notes of apple, citrus and some delicate hints of peach, pineapple and oak/vanilla. On the palate lovely focused fruit – good weight and grip – with a nice mineralic tension. The finish is long with a good intensity – beautifully balanced and pure. Love the energy and tension … a refined effort.
