Domaine Vincent Dauvissat, Chablis La Forest 2014

La Forest 2010 from Dauvissat is one of my favorite wines from Chablis .. always showing well. The 2014 has a lovely open bouquet with hints of citrus, oyster shells, quite strong minerality and some discrete elements of exotic fruits. On the palate lovely balance with a crystaline and refined fruit, a very nice fresh acidity and beutiful focusing minerality. A very pure and refined Chablis … a truly delightful glass.
