The 2016 Bouzeron from Domaine Cruchandeau is a serious wine – like many other 2016s. It’s bone dry and driven by a strong mineral note … crisp and fresh .. and for me a lovely companion to oysters. It’s pure, with a lovely intense acidity … the fruit is on the cool side.
