Hospice de Beaune … the wines
For the reds I think the Corton Bressandes Charlotte Dumay was my favourite on the day … if you like the whites then the Corton Blanc Docteur Peste was the best bet.
And the Echezeaux was also quite good☺️
As always elevage should in my view be done in a more neutral barrel than the Hospice new oak
