Domaine Glantenay, Chambolle Musigny 2016

First wine from Domaine Glantenay in Volnay … an excellent Chambolle Musigny 2016 made by Sarah and Guillaume Glantenay, who quite recenly have taken over the vinification at the family estate. The Chambolle is rich and with quite some volume – presumbaly driven by the low yields in 2016 Chambolle. In my view a lovely Volnay core note, but also with a firm Chambolle minerality – to spice the wine. A lovely wine – delightful vivid energy is the key in this wine.
