La Forest 2010 from Dauvissat is a delightful Chablis. Lovely open bouquet with lemon, oyster shells, quite strong minerality and some elements of exotic fruits. On the palate lovely balance with a impressively rich fruit, a very nice fresh acidity and strong minerality. Good concentration and a long mineralic finish. It’s a very pure and transparant wines, with a good expression of the terroir and all the fine caracteristics of the 2010 vintage. Good complexity but first and foremot a very drinkable and lovely Chablis
