Domaine Jean-Marc Millot have a strong lineup from Flagey-Echezeaux and even the northern end of Vosne-Romanée where we find the Millot plots in Les Suchots.
The Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots is a lovely wine in the Millot portfolio where it’s however somewhat surpassed by the magnificent three or should we sat four – the two Echezeauxs, the Grands Echezeaux and the Clos des Vougeot.

Domaine Jean-Marc Millot is a relatively new estate – with Jean-March Millot starting up in the early/mid 1990s.These days Jean-Marc is running the estate with his daughter Alix Millot, who is taking over the winemaking.
The Les Suchots is in my view somewhat overlooked as the Echezeaux and Grands Echezeaux are the true top dogs alongside the Clos de Vougeot – it does deserve attention in my view.
While most of the Millot vineyards are located between Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot the estate itself is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges, where Jean-Marc Millot also live.
So a NSG based estate – but in reality – with quite a large part of Flagey-Echezeaux vineyards ..
