The Jacques Selosse, Substance Brut, a very fine champagne. Good body and lenght with quite mature flavors, good acidity and structure. While not the most complex Champagne, it offers great drinkability as all Selosse wines. Still lacking the ultimate complexity and refinement – and the slight oxidation is slightly problematic in my view.
