Data storage
Winehog processes and stores your business data on servers located in the European Union (EU). All business data are stored at Taxamo in Ireland. Winehog may transfer information that you provide to us, including personal information, to third parties across borders and to other countries or jurisdictions around the world to carry out the requirements of providing our service, to the extent that the transfer complies with EU laws.
It may also be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this data processing policy.

We work with third party service providers who provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, and other services for us.
The website is hosted within EU.
These third parties may have access to, or process personal data or client data as part of providing those services for us.
We limit the information provided to these service providers to that which is reasonably necessary for them to perform their functions, and our contracts with them require them to maintain the confidentiality of such information.
Data processing changes
All changes to this Data Processing Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site, prior to the change becoming effective and update the ‘Effective date’.
