Vincent Wine Company is a small winery located in the Eola Hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. They make Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay – and provided the Winehog with some samples this summer.
Vincent’s Pinot Noir Ribbon Ridge Armstrong Vineyard is another lieu-dits in the lineup. The Ribbon Ridge Armstrong Vineyard is more openly knit than the Bjornson cuvée and offers a bit more accessible fruit, but it lacks perhaps a bit of the mineral focus of the Bjornson. As with the other Vincent wines, I find the aromatics lovely and rich, forward and quite charming. An enjoyable wine – simple as that.
