Domaine de Chevalier is one off the best and most consitent white wines from Graves. The 2007 edition of Domaine de Chevalier Blanc confirms the prominent status of this fine domaine. In the bouquet apples – ripe Belle de Boskoop – with hints of more exotic fruits. On the palate rich fruit, a lovely ripe acidity – a well balanced long finish. Very vibrant and fresh for the vintage – a lovely Domaine de Chevalier in the making.
