I finally got the data and location of the Cécile Tremblay plot on Griotte-Chambertin.
This opportunity for Cécile arises as Domaine de Chézeaux was sold to Charles Van Canneyt (of Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat) in 2021.
This sale has been unfolding according to the very complex rules of Burgundy. This is indeed complex as there were no less than three métayage agreements linking other producers to the Domaine des Chézeaux vineyards. In the end, the old métayage holders had “compensation”, and a part of this was offered to Cécile Tremblay.

The Griotte-Chambertin
The Griotte-Chambertin part was, as mentioned, a bit special, and two parties got a part of the Domaine des Chézeaux. One is Laurent Ponsot … the other is a group of investors who now own the southern part of the Domaine des Chézeaux plot – just north of the Domaine Dugat plot.
