Emotions: The 2009 La Colombière has settled into its stride, and the oak is now beautifully integrated after being more prominent earlier on. It is a refined wine, and tasted blind the guess was a 1er cru. Tremendous hedonistic joy and pleasure – a full house! I still prefer the Clos du Château, but this is close. A true vin d’émotion.
