Hubert Lignier, Clos de la Roche 2002

The Clos de la Roche 2002 from Hubert Lignier is beginning to show some beginning mature notes – and the 2002 vintage is one of the very last made by Romain Lignier who sadly passed away in 2004. In the bouquet cherries and red and some berries – starting to show some mature sweetness and sous-bois. The fruit is harmonious and offering a lovely and vivid drinking experience. Not fully mature – truly lovely now.
