Wine bars are also accepted on the Winehog’s list! I like visiting this place.
La Cuverie de Vosne
1 Rue des Communes, 21700 Vosne-Romanée, France
A high-end wine bar owned and run by Comte Louis-Michel Liger-Belair and his charming wife Constance.
This is a lovely, relaxed place where the guests are welcomed by head sommelier and his competent staff.
The wine list is close to legendary, as more than 1,000 different wines were assembled before the opening. The list is still expanding, with more organic wines from Burgundy and other places on the globe. It’s important to note that there are wines at all price levels from many producers, ranging from a very affordable petnat to Liger-Belair’s La Romanée in back vintages.
Cheese, sausages, pate, rillettes, and other lighter bar foods are available. There is also an organic shop that offers high-quality products.

Dear Sir Öhman, one tiny remark added to your list of preferable restaurants. Many (most) of them have adapted their wine lists to being unaffordable. I wish to refer to a former favourite restaurant of mine : LA CABOTTE. The chef has a new wine list now with basically nothing any longer at a decent price. Where you were once able to buy lots of permier crus de NUITS at, say 100 Euros a botlle. No more; the least expensive one will cost you 200 Euros. It was therefore a joy for me to visit LE MONTRACHET where the list had lots of gems at prices of 100 Euros a bottle or slightly more. And even older vintages were there (I mean 2012, 2013,2014) which is not the case any more at LA CABOTTE. even LE CHAMBOLLE at C.M. followed this deplorable path..

Prices are getting higher and higher it seems … and it is not cheap to drink Burgundies in Burgundy.
I do feel that the Cuverie in Vosne still has some good … even cheap good bottles … if one cares to look outside the well known track of the top end producers.
Finding lovely wines below 40 EUR is still possible … bravo!
