Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Vosne Romanee Clos de Chateau 2009

By Steen Öhman July 18, 2011 -

Third time in three weeks, and this time in Vosne Romanee. Compared to the bottles tasted in Denmark, this seemed more fruity, and a litle lighter on the palate. Amazing what transport can do! Very good to fine. (2011 – 2025) – 91p …

Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair Clos du Chateau 2009

By Steen Öhman July 13, 2011 -

Second time in two weeks .. Clos du Chateau 2009 from Ligier Belair. This time even better and more in balance. Fine, Lovely, elegant, silky and seductive wine, classic Vosne Romanee. Very fresh and focused 2009, without the very hot notes of the vintage. This is a lovely wine. (Drink from 2018) …

Kistler, Kistler Vineyards Sonoma Valley 2007

By Steen Öhman July 5, 2011 -

The Kistler Vineyards Sonoma Valley 2007 was served just after Leflaive Puligny Montrachet 2006, and thus seemed quite balanced and well structured. Louis Jadot Chassagne Les Caillerets 1989

By Steen Öhman June 27, 2011 -

The Chassagne Les Cailles 1989 is a fine effort from Jadot. I have tasted this wine a couple of times before - and I must say it was better a few years ago. It has lost some of it's fruitiness and volume, and while it's still a very nice wine, it lacks some freshness - but still fine. (Drink now) - …

J.-F. Coche Dury Meursault 2008

By Steen Öhman June 1, 2011 -

Coche Dury Meursault 2008 introduced herself fantasticly, very crisp, clear, nice and open, like most 2008s - I really like this vintage. This wine should according to the importer come from the plot Les Narvaux. A classic white Burgundy that will drink well over 15 - 20 years - Fine (2015 - 2030) - …
